1. Purpose of This Policy

This Data Retention & Deletion Policy explains:

  • how KySolve stores user data

  • how long data is kept

  • rules for renewal and expiration

  • when and how data is permanently deleted

  • the user’s rights regarding their data

This policy applies to all KySolve users worldwide.

2. Type of Data We Store

KySolve stores only the data needed to deliver the service:

  • Inspection-related content

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Reports (move-in, move-out, purchase handover, issue reports)

  • Metadata (timestamps, device type, property ID, etc.)

  • Account information

  • Name (optional)

  • Email

  • Country of residence

  • Role (tenant, landlord, agent, developer, etc.)

  • Technical logs

  • Login times

  • Upload timestamps

  • Security logs

KySolve does not store:

  • passport copies

  • Emirates ID

  • bank details

  • biometric data

  • location tracking data

  • unnecessary personal data

3. Data Storage Duration (1 Year)

All inspection-related data (photos, videos, reports) is stored for: 12 months from the date of purchase (“Data Storage Validity Period”)

This applies to all services:

  • Rental Inspection Move-In

  • Rental Inspection Move-Out

  • Purchase Handover

  • Issue Reports

  • Commercial inspections

4. Renewal Period

Before the 12-month period ends, the user may renew data storage at the renewal price displayed in the price table for their property type and package (Mini, Standard, Diamond).

Renewal extends storage for: ➤ 12 additional months

Fees vary depending on:

  • property category

  • residential or commercial

  • package tier

  • size/type of property

(All renewal prices are visible in the price list and in-app.)

5. 30-Day Grace Period

When the 12-month storage expires, KySolve grants a free 30-day grace period:

  • Access to reports remains available

  • User may renew data storage

  • Support is still available

  • No penalty

However: Uploads are disabled during this period (read-only mode).

6. Automatic & Final Data Deletion

If the user does not renew after the 30-day grace period: All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

This includes: all photos, all videos, all inspection reports, all issue reports, all metadata, all logs related to inspections

Deletion is automatic, irreversible, and permanent.

KySolve cannot restore deleted data.

7. Deleting Your Account (User Request)

The user may request account deletion at any time.

After verification:

  • The account is permanently deleted

  • All associated data is erased immediately

  • This deletion voids any right to access previous reports

  • No refund is possible (because digital services were delivered instantly)

This is compliant with: UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, French RGPD, UK DPA, International digital content standards.

8. Data Security Measures

KySolve uses: encrypted storage, secure hosting providers, HTTPS and TLS encryption, restricted employee access, firewalls & anti-intrusion systems, daily security logging, backup redundancy (no user data is stored outside KySolve infrastructure).

No third party can access user photos or reports unless: the user shares them manually, or authorities lawfully request them (rare and regulated).

KySolve does not sell, rent, or trade user data.

9. User Rights

Users have the right to: Access their data, Download their reports, Request correction, Request deletion, Request information on data use, Withdraw consent (where applicable)

KySolve responds within: 7 days (UAE), 30 days (EU / International legal requirement)

10. Jurisdiction

KySolve is operated by:

Veronik’A Path LLC, Shams Business Center, Shams Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE, Licence No. 2325211

Data protection is governed by: UAE PDPL, Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country, GDPR for users in Europe

11. Updates to This Policy

KySolve may update this policy as the app expands into new regions (Europe, Africa, USA). All changes will be: clearly communicated in-app, posted on the website, effective immediately
