1. Introduction

Welcome to KySolve, a digital service owned and operated by Veronik’A Path LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the KySolve mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use KySolve, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).

Be at least 21 years old if you reside in the United Arab Emirates.

Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

We reserve the right to request proof of identity or age where required by law.

3. Description of the Service

KySolve is a digital inspection and reporting service for residential and commercial properties, including:

Rental Move-In Inspection

Rental Move-Out Inspection

Purchase Handover Inspection

Issue Report

All services include photo and/or video documentation, depending on the selected plan (Mini, Standard, Diamond).

Each service is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Service is fully digital:

We do not provide physical visits, physical inspections, or maintenance interventions.

4. Digital Nature of the Service

All KySolve services are:

Delivered instantly upon purchase

Accessible online through the user account

Non-transferable and non-refundable once activated

Subject to automatic deletion rules described in Section 13

Because the service is digital and available immediately:

➡ No free trial is provided.

➡ No refund is possible once the service is delivered.

5. Pricing Structure

All prices are listed excluding VAT, taxes, or applicable country-specific charges.

VAT or taxes will be added based on the user’s billing country or region.

Full details of pricing and renewal fees are displayed transparently on the KySolve application and website.

6. Payment & Billing Region

Payments are securely processed via our payment partners (e.g., Stripe).

Billing routing depends on the user’s selected country.

For now, all payments are processed under the UAE entity Veronik’A Path LLC, until additional regional entities are opened.

7. No Refund Policy

Because KySolve provides instant digital access, all purchases are:

final,

non-refundable,

non-exchangeable.

This includes:

Mistaken purchases

User errors

Failure to use the service

Voluntary deletion of the account

Termination due to violation of the Terms

8. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

Provide accurate property information

Upload photos/videos that comply with the allowed limits

Ensure that no illegal, violent, or harmful content is uploaded

Not impersonate any party or agent

Report any suspicious or abusive behavior immediately

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded from your account.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use KySolve to:

Upload illegal content

Harass or threaten others

Violate property laws

Falsify documents

Submit fraudulent reports

Interfere with system security

Reverse engineer or copy the platform

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

10. Reporting to Authorities (“Signalement”)

KySolve provides a feature allowing users to submit a report about a property-related issue.

This feature:

Does NOT constitute legal advice

Does NOT replace contacting authorities directly

Helps users communicate with relevant entities by simplifying the process

KySolve does not guarantee:

Response time of authorities

Resolution of disputes

Intervention outcomes

We act as a digital facilitator, not a mediator or legal representative.

11. Intellectual Property

The KySolve name, brand, logo, app, design, and all content are protected under international IP laws and fully owned by:

Veronik’A Path LLC, represented by Véronique Alamy.

You may not: Copy, Reproduce, Sell, Modify, Distribute, Create derivative works, ..., without written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Loss of data (beyond our obligations), Incorrect user uploads, Inaccurate property information provided by users, Issues between tenants, landlords, agencies or authorities, Legal disputes or financial losses, Unavailability of services due to technical issues, Acts of God, force majeure, cyberattacks or external failures.

Our maximum liability, where permitted by law, shall not exceed the total paid by the user for the concerned service.

13. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

KySolve stores user data for the duration of the subscription:

• 1 year from the date of purchase

• If the user does not renew, data remain accessible for 30 days

• After 30 days of non-renewal → automatic and irreversible deletion

• Upon user request → deletion is immediate and permanent

• Deleted data cannot be restored

The user is solely responsible for downloading or exporting important data.

14. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.

Deletion results in: Immediate termination of all services, Permanent erasure of all data, No refund

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified through the app or by email.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of: Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS) - United Arab Emirates

International users agree that UAE laws apply until local entities are opened.
