1. Introduction

Welcome to KySolve.

KySolve is a digital platform that helps users document and protect their rights during property inspections (move-in, move-out, purchase handovers, and issue reporting).

By creating an account, using the KySolve mobile app, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

KySolve is operated by:

Veronik’A Path LLC, Shams Business Center, Shams Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE, Licence No. 2325211

2. Eligibility

To use KySolve, you must: be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age in your country of residence (Example: UAE legal age is 21.)

By using KySolve, you confirm that you meet your country’s age requirement.

3. Our Services

KySolve provides digital documentation services including:

• Move-in rental inspections

• Move-out rental inspections

• Purchase handover inspections

• Issue reports

• Photo and video storage

• Report creation & PDF generation

• Secure data storage for 12 months

• Optional annual renewal

KySolve does not act as:

• a real estate agent

• a legal consultancy

• an engineering control company

• a mediation service

• an authority

• a dispute resolution body

KySolve only provides a neutral, timestamped, digital record for users to protect themselves.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed in the app are excluding VAT.

When required by law, VAT will be added at checkout.

Prices may vary based on:

• country of use

• type of property (residential/commercial)

• size category

• chosen package (Mini, Standard, Diamond)

Payment is processed through approved third-party providers such as Stripe.

By purchasing a service, you agree that: the service is delivered instantly, storage begins immediately, no refunds are possible (see section 10).

5. Digital Delivery

All KySolve services are delivered immediately and digitally. This includes: inspection reports, upload capacity, photo/video storage, access to dashboards, downloadable files

Because delivery is instant, the user loses any right to withdrawal under international digital content regulations.

6. User Responsibilities

By using KySolve, you agree to: provide accurate information, upload content you own or are authorized to use, avoid illegal or harmful uploads, follow local property laws, avoid abusive behavior toward KySolve support, not reverse-engineer, copy, or sell KySolve’s technology.

You remain responsible for how you use reports with third parties.

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload: explicit, violent, or hateful content, personal documents (passport, ID, etc.), images containing minors unrelated to the inspection, illegal recordings, defamatory material

KySolve may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Data Storage Duration

KySolve stores all inspection data for: ➤ 12 months from the purchase date

To extend storage: ➤ You may renew for 12 additional months (at the renewal price shown in the price list)

When the validity expires: ➤ A 30-day grace period applies (read-only mode)

After this period: All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted (see full Data Retention & Deletion Policy)

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion at any time by emailing: wesupportyou@kysolve.com

Account deletion triggers: irreversible deletion of all stored data, loss of all reports, no refunds (services already delivered).

This is compliant with UAE, EU GDPR, and international laws.

10. Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any KySolve services.

Reason:

• The service is delivered instantly

• The data storage period starts immediately

• Digital capacity is immediately allocated

• Reports are instantly generated and accessible

This policy is compliant with: EU digital content laws, UAE consumer laws, International digital delivery rules.

11. Limitations of Liability

KySolve does not: guarantee acceptance of reports by any authority, guarantee legal outcomes, intervene in disputes between users and landlords/agencies, verify the authenticity of user content

KySolve provides a digital tool, not a legal or engineering evaluation.

KySolve is not responsible for: loss of data after expiration or deletion, misuse of reports by third parties, inaccurate information uploaded by users, technical issues caused by the user’s device or network

12. Report to Authorities

KySolve offers a feature for users to export their file to relevant authorities.

KySolve does not: contact authorities on behalf of users, manage disputes, represent users, provide legal advice.

The user is fully responsible for how reports are used.

13. Intellectual Property

Everything in KySolve is protected: app design, logo, icons, illustrations, text, code, database structure, photo/video organization structure, workflows.

All rights belong to: Veronik’A Path LLC

No reproduction is allowed without written permission.

14. Suspension & Termination

KySolve may suspend or terminate accounts for: unlawful use, abusive uploads, harassment of staff, fraud, misuse of the app, violation of these terms

15. Changes to These Terms

KySolve may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will be: published on the website, updated in-app, considered accepted by continued use of the service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by: UAE Federal Law (PDPL & consumer law), SHAMS Free Zone regulations, Mandatory laws of the user’s country of residence, Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts, unless local laws require otherwise.
