REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (DIGITAL SERVICES)

1. Introduction

KySolve is a digital inspection and reporting service. All services are delivered instantly, digitally, and directly by the user within the app.

Because the service begins immediately after purchase, KySolve does not offer refunds, except where required by the law of the user’s country of residence.

This Refund Policy applies to all KySolve services, including:

  • Residential rental inspections (move-in / move-out)

  • Commercial rental inspections

  • Purchase handover inspections

  • Issue reports

  • Annual data-storage renewals

2. No Refunds — Digital Services

By purchasing a KySolve service, the user acknowledges:

  • The service is delivered instantly (activation, access, rights to upload photos and videos, inspection template access)

  • The user can immediately start using the service

  • The digital content becomes accessible instantly.

  • Therefore, refunds are not possible once the transaction is completed

This applies even if: the user changes their mind, the inspection was not completed, the user did not upload photos or videos, the user purchased the wrong package, the user does not use the service.

This is standard for digital services worldwide (EU Digital Content Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, UAE Digital Commerce principles).

3. Cancellation of Subscription / Annual Renewal

  • KySolve is not a subscription service.

  • Renewal of data storage is manual and optional, never automatic.

  • No automatic renewal

  • No commitment

  • No penalty for stopping

  • If the user does not manually renew their data-storage service, it simply expires.

  • There is no cancellation fee.

4. Grace Period – 30 Days

After the storage validity period ends, KySolve offers a free 30-day grace period:

  • The user can still download their reports

  • The user may renew storage at the renewal price

  • Support remains available

  • After this period:

  • All stored data is permanently and irreversibly deleted

  • This includes: photos, videos, inspection reports, issue reports, associated metadata

  • Deletion is final and cannot be reversed.

5. Deleting Your Account

The user may request account deletion at any time.

After verification: the account will be permanently deleted, all data associated with the user is erased, no refund is possible (because the digital service was already delivered)

This is compliant with GDPR (EU), DPA (UK), UAE PDPL, and global digital service standards.

6. Failed Payments & Chargebacks

If a chargeback, dispute, or fraudulent claim is made, KySolve reserves the right to: restrict access to the user account, suspend or remove access to stored data, request identity verification, provide Stripe/Bank with digital proof of delivery, (including logs, uploads, timestamps, usage)

7. Legal Jurisdiction

KySolve is operated by Veronik’A Path LLC (UAE).

All disputes are governed by UAE law unless the mandatory law of the consumer's country states otherwise.

As KySolve expands to Europe, local consumer regulations will be integrated seamlessly.
